Calvin is an experienced litigator. Admitted to practice in 2009, commercial disputes have been his primary focus since that time. He is well familiar with the procedures of the Supreme, County, Magistrates’ and Federal Courts. Calvin brings a calculated approach to litigation. He understands how far-reaching the benefits and risks are in each action and gives cost-effective advice. His work is wide ranging, but he particularly enjoys general contract disputes, property law conflicts, director/shareholder disagreements and insolvency actions, both corporate and personal. He draws complex Court documents and appears at hearings. Calvin likes to switch gears in his downtime, preferring to travel away from the city with family, catch fish and enjoy a campfire under the stars.
