Daniel is a specialist lawyer with more than 35 years' post-admission experience, who prides himself on being reliable in communications, advice and service delivery.
Daniel’s practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning & trusts advice; probate and estate administration; and estate and trusts litigation.
Daniel has a Masters of Law in Financial Services from Macquarie University (2005) and has been an LIV Accredited Wills & Estates Specialist since July 1996.
Daniel is former Chair of the Victorian Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Specialist Advisory Committee for Wills and Estates.
Daniel has practised at Eastern Bridge since July 2018, after completing 13 years heading the Estates and Estate Planning team at Russell Kennedy in Melbourne. Daniel’s career started in the country at Morrison & Sawers (Kyabram & Rochester) from 1990-1998, followed by a period at National Australia Trustees Ltd (NAB, 1999-2003) working in Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne
Daniel’s interests outside the law centre on his family, home renovation and gardening, travel and epicurean pursuits.
