Grace studied Bachelor of Law (Hons)/Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and was admitted to practice in 2022. At Eastern Bridge, Grace works across mortgages, loan agreements, and leasing matters with a strong focus on delivering client-focused outcomes. Understanding that finance and property decisions are often significant milestones, she aims to provide support throughout the process and ensuring the transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to joining Eastern Bridge, Grace worked in Conveyancing and assisted with paper settlements. She developed a strong understanding of property transactions, settlement processes, and the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, building strong relationship clients, lenders and other parties. This experience has strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and provide reliable support across a variety of legal and transactional matters.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an enthusiastic foodie who loves to travel and discover hidden culinary gems. A good coffee is never far from hand, and she enjoys seeking out great local spots wherever travels take her.
