Karlie is a Law Clerk working in the Mortgage Services team with a strong focus on delivering efficient and client-focused outcomes throughout the mortgage and property transaction process. In her current role, she assists with a range of mortgage services matters, drawing on her diverse background in property management and client relations.

Prior to joining Eastern Bridge, Karlie worked as an Owners Corporation Manager, where she developed extensive experience managing an array of property matters, building strong relationships with owners and contractors, interpreting legislation, and resolving issues in a practical and timely manner. This experience provides valuable insight into property-related transactions and enables her to approach mortgage services matters with a strong understanding of the broader property landscape. Her ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals contributes to the high level of service she provides.

Outside of work, Karlie enjoys making the most of her weekends through travel and outdoor adventures. She loves camping, hiking and keeping active. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and attending live music gigs.
