Mitchell assists clients with commercial disputes and litigation matters across Australian jurisdictions. He has a particular interest in debt recovery and commercial lease disputes but enjoys the variety of dispute resolution work.
Having assisted across each of Eastern Bridge’s practice areas, Mitchell has gained exposure to a broad range of legal issues and client matters.
Mitchell is practical, focused and thorough. He works with clients to understand the issues in dispute and consider the most practical path to resolution. Mitchell enjoys the problem-solving involved in dispute resolution and assisting clients to work through matters in a clear and efficient manner.

Outside of the office, Mitchell enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping active, whether running, hiking or playing golf.
