Narelle is a lawyer in our wills and estates team, specialising in wills and estates litigation.
She assists both beneficiaries and executors and has extensive experience in estate disputes, including the contesting of invalid wills, removal of executors, claims for further provision, resolving disputes between executors and defending challenges to wills. Narelle also assists clients in complex probate and letters of administration applications and estate administration.
Narelle understands that estate disputes often involve both legal and personal challenges. She combines strong technical knowledge with clear, practical advice, helping clients address difficult situations involving deceased estates, beneficiary disputes, executor disputes and concerns about executor conduct. Narelle particularly enjoys listening to clients and providing strategic and compassionate advice to help them navigate through complex legal and sensitive matters.
Narelle completed her Bachelor of Laws at Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Outside of the office, Narelle enjoys learning piano, reading novels and walking her dog at the beach.
