Nick joined Eastern Bridge’s Commercial transactions team in 2025. With over 15 years’ experience operating a health and fitness business, he brings a practical and commercially minded approach to advising clients, with an understanding of the realities of business ownership. Nick was admitted to practise in 2025 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Macquarie University and a Juris Doctor from Deakin University.

Nick assists with a range of commercial matters involving the sale and purchase of businesses and pharmacies, loan agreements, trusts, borrower and guarantor advice, contract reviews, and trademark and intellectual property matters.

Having owned and operated a business himself, Nick understands the importance of clear, practical advice that helps clients make informed decisions. He approaches his work in an empathetic manner, with a focus on understanding each client’s needs and commercial objectives.

Outside the office, Nick enjoys an active lifestyle with his young family. He is a keen competitor in fitness events and an avid traveller, having explored more than 35 countries.
